First Veggie Harvest!
Here is the first harvest from my veggie sowing, chinese cabbage 'Soloist'. This was a winter-sown seedling as well! I'd never grown this before, and wasn't sure what to do with it.... ...so I sauteed it in olive oil with some of my home-grown wine cap mushrooms. It was delicious!

You grow mushrooms? Wow, I want to try to grow mushrooms next year. Is it hard?
With chinese veggies, I usually saute them with a little bit of soy sauce and sesame oil. So good.
Heck no, growing mushrooms is SUPER easy! The details about the wine caps are here. Soy sauce and sesame oil? Sounds great, thanks!
looks great
Nom nom nom. (Did you add garlic?)
No, but I sure will next time! Thanks! :)
Mmmm, can you hear my stomach growling? :)
