New page element...as you can see, I've added a music playlist to my blog. This is courtesy of Projectplaylist.com, and it was fun and easy to do. You only get 75 songs per list, but you can make another list when one is full. You do searches from their bank of songs that are legally shared, so the artist isn't getting ripped off. I was surprised by some stuff I could not find (like "I Was Country When Country Wasn't Cool" by Barbara Mandrell), but shocked at what I did find, like Country Joe and the Fish! Anyhow, I tried to prevent it from being too obnoxious (you can shut off the "auto-launch" so it won't play when you don't want it to), and the computer I used to make it has no speakers, so some tracks may not work. But hey, fun stuff...tell me what you think! UPDATE:Okay, you really need to set this up on a computer with sound, because several tracks are wrong, incomplete, etc.. Ah well, I still like it!

The formatting is a little bit broken on Firefox/Mac. I took a screenshot for you.

Cool feature!

Mmw-Cool thanks! Oh yea, and I need more Warrant, plus tons of others. I think I'll have a bunch of playlists and rotate them! Heh, if some is good, then more is better...

Phillip-Thanks! I'd been wanting to try this awhile, as my co-worker had it on her MySpace page. The only cooler thing would be to make the playlist from my OWN music, then upload and "share" my own music with me!

Holy shit... Hendrix and HWjr. on the same play list - If you were a man I'd want to make you mine...heh

I like it. How long has it been since I have listened to Buffalo Springfield! Pretty cool!

Kim-Thank you! It was, even though I had to work.

Vonne-Heh...I'm blushing! I like so many different kinds of music, it's hard for me to choose just 75 songs. I will absolutely make more playlists (especially since it's easy!) I actually saw Hank Williams Jr. live a few years ago, but luckily after he'd sobered up-it was great! The show included Molly Hatchet and Charlie Daniels...off the hook!

Layanee-Thank you, I like it too!

Well, I was gonna make a comment, then got a phone call and lost my train of thought...duh...old age.
I will say that I saw HWjr too, many moons ago in Louisiana, when he was still drinkin' and smokin', but so was I, so hey, he rocked!!
Back then, I totally related to "Family Tradition", but we've all "rowdied on down" now. ;)

Vonne-Heh...I attended a couple shows like that, Boston for one...good times. I've pretty much "rowdied on down" too, but I still like to get "whiskey bent and hell bound" now and then. ;-) (But not with whiskey...bleh!)

Pretty cool feature but maybe place it in your footer. If the site that provides ever slows then it will slow the loading of your blog.

Or if people aren't on high speed internet they could have slower performance on your blog.

Can you change the colors?

I can't wait to see all your bulbs in bloom next year.
I'm not familiar with that oxalis. I hope it performs for you. I see it's hardy to zone 4, and I like the photo of it. I may just have to see if I can find a place for it. Let me know how it does.

Mr. Brownthumb-I've experimented with it in different spots...still in progress, I think. Yes you can change the colors, but not to brown, which would work out well for me.

Bob-I will post lots of pictures, for sure! I'm hoping these oxalis make it, but if they don't I will try them again, because I had let them wait a tad long for planting which didn't help matters.
