Pretty things come in small packages...I never make a habit of lying on the ground to look up at my flowers, and hosta flowers tend to be taken for granted (by me, anyhow). So the other day I decided to stick my camera down in front of some blooms to get a better view.....kinda cool! My digi is a bit antequated-so I cannot see if my aim is off on a screen or anything...but it creates an odd, "chipmunk's eye-view effect"...funky!

I think often we dont see the beauty placed in front of us.I took a gardening break when i was working and commuting.I came back and saw much beauty which im sure was there but i was blind to it...
I know what you mean...I decided long ago that my garden was designed for pure pleasure...not additional chore/stress. So if I go for a week or more and do nothing but observe, enjoy, and take pictures....well mission accomplished!
