I don't even have to carry flood insurance, and if it ever did actually flood out my yard, then the brown house across the river would be completely underwater! (Their yard does get somewhat flooded some years.)lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18133943147518051559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30483234.post-69857414364988762162007-07-02T20:34:00.000-05:002007-07-02T20:34:00.000-05:00I had to go look at a map because I didn't know wh...I had to go look at a map because I didn't know what you were talking about. I think I deserve a good soaking too, and I don't mean just my head! ;-) I live on the Menominee river that separates northeast Wisconsin from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It's a nice, deep river with a fair amount of sport/fishing boat traffic, but no industrial water craft. My power usually goes out for an hour or so, often because the wind has blown a tree limb across a powerlisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18133943147518051559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30483234.post-46083604432175220092007-07-02T13:23:00.000-05:002007-07-02T13:23:00.000-05:00Ugh...that's hot! If you have to put up with that kind of heat, you at least deserve a good soaking.

Did we know you lived near a lake/pond?

Why are you losing power?chuck b.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00882763861745236443noreply@blogger.com
